Can I submit an activity on behalf of a student?
Submitting on behalf of students
While students often submit activities themselves, there may be scenarios where a teacher will want to submit an activity on a student’s behalf.
To submit an activity on behalf of a student:
- Open the Activities tab
- Click the activity you wish to submit
- Select a student you wish to submit on behalf of

4. Fill in the title, post description, and attach any media (up to 10 attachments)
5. Add proficiency levels to any curriculum tags on the activity (optional)
6. Click Submit & Next

You did it! From here, use the arrows beside the student’s name to navigate between the remaining students that have not yet submitted the activity.

Can I edit a student’s activity after I’ve submitted it?
As a teacher, you can edit a student’s activity submission and/or proficiencies at any time.
To edit an activity submission and/or its assigned proficiencies:
- Open the Activities tab
- Click the activity you wish to edit
- Select the student who’s submission you wish to edit
- From here, you may edit proficiencies
- To edit the submission, click the menu button (three dots) in the top right corner and select Edit submission OR you can click on the ‘edit’ button (pencil icon)
Note: The ‘edit’ button is also available in the table of submissions
6. Select Save Edits in the top right corner when your edits are complete
