# Career Education Insights Hub

The **Career Education Insights Hub** is a high-level analytics dashboard for district and school administrators, counsellors, and teachers. It aggregates data from across schools to provide district, school, and class-wide visibility of career education engagement and adoption. 

*The Career Education Insights Hub is available to Schools/Districts that license myBlueprint+.*

For administrators, counsellors, and teachers that are overseeing career education within their school or district, data from the Career Education Insights Hub can be leveraged in many ways:

* **School and district-wide visibility:** No more guessing. Admins can see real-time implementation across their school and/or district. 
* **School and district-wide alignment:** Directly map career education activity to school and district-wide initiatives.
  * **Optimize Guidance & Events:** Host guest speakers, career fairs, or experiential learning opportunities aligned directly with their school's top career clusters and occupations.
  * **Inform Course & Pathway Planning:** Use post-secondary pathway trends and program preferences to assist in timetable planning, course selection guidance, and school resource allocation.
* **Classroom visibility:** Inform teaching and learning based on class-based activity; find opportunities to leverage students interests and areas left unexplored.

###### How to Access the Career Education Insights Hub

* **Administrators, Staff Leads, and Counsellors:** “Reports” section on the admin account’s  dashboard
* **Teachers:** “Insights” tab on the teacher account’s homescreen

###### Career Education Insights Hub Overview and Key Metrics

Filter information by School, Class, Grade, and Date range and view easy-to-read visual summaries.

**General Insights**

Monitor overall participation with high-level counts for active students, completed Who Am I surveys, goals created, updated resumes, and favourited occupations or post-secondary programs.

**Who Am I Survey Completion:** Track average completion rates across the five core Who Am I surveys: *Learning Styles*, *Personality*, *Interests*, *Knowledge*, and *Motivations*.

**Occupation Match Surveys:** See total survey completions and discover which specific career matches students are frequently researching.

**Top Occupations:** View the top 10 favourited occupations and monitor a timeline graph to see how student interests fluctuate throughout the school year.

**Top Career Clusters:** View a visual breakdown of student interest distribution across industry sectors.

**Favourite Post-Secondary Options:** Track student pathway preferences across University, College, Apprenticeships, and Workplace. Dive-deeper into the specific programs students are saving within each category.

**Student Career Exploration Activity:** Filter by school (admin) or by class (teachers) and gain a window into individual student progress on *Who Am I surveys*, favourited *Pathways*, and overall engagement.
