Is SpacesEDU available in different languages?

SpacesEDU supports multilingual environments to ensure accessibility for diverse school communities. Currently, teachers, students, and family members can access the platform in both English and French.


Before You Start


  • Language settings are account-specific; changing your language will not affect other users in your class.
  • Ensure you have saved any unsaved work before navigating to your account settings.
  • Localization efforts are ongoing, with additional languages planned for future releases.

How to Update Your Language Settings


Follow these steps to transition your account interface from English to French (Canadian):


  1. Log into your SpacesEDU account.
  2. Click on your Avatar or Initials located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. Under the General Information section, locate the Language dropdown menu.
  5. Select French (Canadian) from the list of options.
  6. Click Save Changes to apply the update.

Once saved, the interface will immediately refresh to display in the selected language.

  • Content Translation: Please note that while the platform interface (buttons, menus, and instructions) will translate, the content of student posts and teacher comments remains in the language in which they were originally written.
