Why is this link region restricted?
If you are unable to access content via a shared link, it is likely because the resource originates from a different geographical region than your current account setting. To view this content, you must align your account region with that of the sender.
Before You Start
- Identify the region used by the teacher or administrator who shared the link.
- Ensure you have saved any active work, as you will need to log out of your current session.
- Note that you may be required to create a new account within the target region to access specific classes.
How to Switch Your Region
Follow these steps to update your region settings and access restricted content:
- Log Out: Sign out of the SpacesEDU mobile app or web platform.
- Access Account Selection: On the sign-up/login screen, locate the Region Selection button in the top right corner.
- Select Region: Choose the required region from the available list.
- Log In/Sign Up: Proceed to log in or create an account in the newly selected region.
Once you have successfully switched regions, the previously restricted link will become accessible.

Good to Know
- Data Isolation: Accounts and data are region-specific. Switching regions provides access to a different environment; your original data remains in your primary region.
- Feedback: We value your input on our regional accessibility. If you encounter persistent issues, please start a chat using the icon in the bottom left corner of your screen to share your thoughts.
