How can students access all of their past work in SpacesEDU?

Students can still access their work from previous classes, even once the term or school year has ended, using the All Class Posts feed. This ensures that learning evidence remains available to students as they progress through their education.

Before You Start

Archived Classes: You can still view posts from classes that your teacher has archived.
Removed from Class: If you were manually removed from a class, you can still see your own posts and teacher posts that were shared with you specifically.
Portfolio Access: Portfolio work is accessed separately through the Portfolios section of your account.

Accessing the All Class Posts Feed

The All Class Posts feed is a centralized location for all your class-based work across different school years.

Log in to your SpacesEDU student account.
If you are currently inside a specific class, click the Home icon (house symbol) at the top left of your screen to return to your dashboard.
Click the All Class Posts button located near the top right of the screen.
From here, you can view all previous posts you created and teacher posts that were made visible to you.

Filtering and Managing Your Feed

To find specific work quickly, you can use the filter options at the top of the feed:

Class: View posts from a specific class.
Space: Narrow down your view to a specific Space (available after selecting a Class).
Date Range: Find work from a specific time period.
Media & Tags: Filter by posts that include attachments or specific curriculum tags.

💡 Tip: Copying Posts - You can copy a post from a past class to a current one by clicking the three dots (...) on the post and selecting Copy Post. You can edit the title and description before choosing the new Class and Space destination.

Accessing Past Portfolio Work

Portfolio posts are not included in the All Class Posts feed. To view your portfolio work:

Open the Portfolios section from your account navigation.
Select any portfolio from the Active or Archived sections.
You will have access to all posts created in that portfolio unless they have been deleted.

Good to Know

What is Hidden: You cannot see comments on posts, posts from other students, or posts in Spaces that were set to "Hidden" by your teacher.
Teacher Posts: If a teacher added a post for the "entire class and all future students," this post will disappear from your feed if you are manually removed from the class.
Teacher Access: Currently, the All Class Posts feed is only available in student accounts. Teachers can only view this feed by logging into a student's account (e.g., via QR code if enabled).
